Upcoming NSR webinar in November!

We thought that we would share with the broader NSR community that the Air & Waste Management Association (A&WMA) is offering an NSR Webinar on November 12-13, 2025 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. NSR Law Blog founder/author Eric Hiser will serve as one of the faculty members. Eric is also one of the coauthors of the A&WMA NSR Manual.

This historically has been a great workshop to learn the basics about NSR applicability, current trends in BACT, LAER, and offset requirements, modeling and enforcement. It also offers an opportunity to raise questions with a knowledgeable faculty and get feedback on analytical approaches to solving NSR challenges.
